I like people who smile and laugh a lot. Especially for random as hell reasons. It's because they remind me of me! lol I get along with people like that pretty well *nods*
People who usually have an emo, dull or serious face on are *BLEH!*
Recently they carried out a survey in Britain and found that alot of people are unhappy there simply because they don't smile or laugh a lot.
Although it's been well over a year since I followed anything Naruto [anime or manga] the dude above is one of my fave. characters ever in fiction. Namikaze Minato! father of Uzumaki Naruto.
