Simple and short. Certain people really can't be parents...or rather certain combos of people really shouldn't have children
^ example; the main couple in this vid. FAIL STAMP! but hopefully they're addicted enough not to care about reality and life in general so they won't have children. Same goes if both parents are abusive, alcoholics etc etc...if it's only one parent then the child may have a chance. But when it's the 2 ...I CRY BLOODY TEARS for the children, if they have any....hopefully not.
